At Union City First Assembly of God, your children are our priority! From our safe and loving nursery to our toddler church and children’s church services, we design all that happens on Sunday’s to help your child grow in their relationship with Jesus. All of our team members are approved through applications and background checks. We have ongoing training and keep current with children’s ministry trends and newest materials available.
Pastor Lori Eilers is our children’s pastor overseeing all ministries to children birth through 6th grade. She comes to Union City First Assembly of God with over 20 years of ministry experience in a variety of church sizes and demographics. She has worked with all ages of kids and with children of special needs. She has a relational style of ministry and enjoys spending time with “her kids” outside of the church by attending their activities and sporting event s and even going to their schools for lunch dates. Pastor Lori wants to partner with parents to make life-long Christ followers who are also full of Godly character.
We have two Sunday morning services at 8:30 and 10:30 with a full children’s staff at each. Our Sunday afternoon discipleship classes start at 5:00 PM and not only help children grow in their relationship with Jesus, they know how to have FUN! Our M’Pact Girls and Ranger Boys study God’s Word and are active in a variety of games, sports, life skills and if they would like, the older boys are trained to target shoot with air rifles.
